The following is all that is needed to get started...

• Bring in your computer tower (DO NOT bring in your monitor, keyboard, mouse or printer) unless it directly correlates with the repair. If it is a laptop then the power adapter must be provided.
  
• A payment for a $45 diagnostic fee is due on the day of the drop off (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and checks accepted). The diagnostic fee gets applied to the final balance.
  
• Upon completion of the repair you will be called to pickup your computer. The balance will be due on the day of pickup.

Turn around time is two business days. In certain curcumstances parts are required that may need to be ordered and could extend the completion date past two business days.
